But somewhere along the way, I started to notice something else.
My body wasn’t broken. It was speaking. And the more I listened, the more I saw that it wasn’t trying to sabotage me it was trying to lead me.
As I began to understand how intelligent, responsive, and beautifully designed our bodies are - how deeply connected they are to nature, to God, and to the truth - I couldn’t keep participating in systems that treated them like faulty machines.
I decided to live the hypothesis that I am enough.
That my children are enough.
That our bodies know what they’re doing.
And that healing doesn’t come from fixing—it comes from remembering.
Not remembering in a poetic way, but in a real, daily, grounded way.
One that lets us feel pain without panic.
One that helps us recognize when we’re being sold fear dressed up as care.
One that shows us how to walk away, without guilt, and without needing another diagnosis to justify our no.
